Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an adjustment controller which executes adjustment control by obtaining the as standard cutting load, the value obtained by multiplying the average cutting load for a worked article by the factor corresponding to the desired working efficiency. CONSTITUTION:Test process is executed by reading the code M38 at the time t1. If a main motor is started at the time t2 and the code M37 is read at the time t3, no-load current value is memorized in a CPU. Tool feeding started in the speed according to the tool feed instruction read from an NC tape from the time t3, and actual cutting is started from the time t4. Cutting is completed at the time t9, and the test process is completed at the time t10. During the cutting period t4-t9, the load current values are read and stored in succession in CPU, and the average value is obtained at the time t9, and the average value is multiplied by the factor corresponding to the desired working efficiency to obtain the standard load current value. Restriction control is performed on the basis of this standard load current value.
