Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency and to automatize a numerical controller by quantitatively grasping the load fluctuation of a tool machine system and showing the estimated factor of said load fluctuation and its treatment. CONSTITUTION:The composition is carried out among the droop value (d) and the load current value (f) obtained at the working of a machine tool from a servo part 2 which drives a motor based on the action pattern given from an action pattern storage part 1 storing a series of action patterns for diagnosis of the machine tool and the model droop value D and the model load current value F received from a standard model storage part 3 respectively. Based on the deviation obtained from said comparison, a diagnosing part 5 estimates the factor of a load fluctuation and the optimum treatment method is displayed on a CRT 7. Thus an accurate quantitative treatment is attained. As a result, both the working efficiency and the automatization are improved for a numerical controller.
