CONSTITUTION:At a time of ignition, an ignition window is opened by the action of an operation unit 25 and a shutter 24. When this instrument is overturned forwards, the ignition window 23 is opened because an ignition button 30 is pressed in by a floor and a combustion cylinder knob 18 is tumbled to the front, which touches a lower reflecting plate 2 and serves as a fulcrum. And air becomes inflowable through the opened ignition window 23 as shown by an arrow A, and the gas remaining at the upper part of a wick 7 lowered by an extinguishing device not illustrated herein is diluted.
