Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the easy working of a terminal process, by setting a diaphragm adhering a coil to a diaphragm seat and insert the diaphragm between the lead substrate to form a diaphragm unit and then performing the coil terminal process under such condtions. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm unit consists of a diaphragm 1, a coil 2, a diaphragm seat 9 and a lead substrate 10 respectively. The diaphragm 1 adhered with the coil 2 is held between the seat 9 and the substrate 10 at its circumference area, and the diaphragm 1 and the substrate 10. are held by calking a projection 11 provided to the seat 9. Under such conditions, the coil terminal is set on a pattern of the substrate 10 by welding or soldering process. The grooves are cut to a magnetic core 5 and a plate 6 for storing a cylindrical permanent magnet 4, and the core 5 and the plate 6 are held by the sucking force of the magnet 4. A frame 3 is connected to the core 5 by adhesion or by fitting. The diaphragm unit is combined mechanically with the magnetic core unit by calking a projection 12 provided at the seat 12 to the frame 3.
