Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to use a letter printing device for printing letters and other uses by providing a base on which a letter printing device is mounted with a framed body rotatably and providing the framed body with a constant feed device for a band of indication marks. CONSTITUTION:A base 2 on which the printing device 3 is mounted is provided with a frame 9 through a bearing unit 5 and a supporting shaft 6 rotatable in the bearing unit 5. The constant feed device 1 of an indication mark band 4 is installed on this frame 9. The constant feed device 1 is provided with the supply reel 12 and winding reel 22 of the indication mark band 4 and a constant feed driving sources 17 and 19. When printing is made on the indication mark band 4 by means of the printing device 3, the constant feed device 1 is rotated and stopped on the upper part of the printing device 3. When the printing device 3 is used independently as a printing device as in printing on other paper and so on, the constant feed device is rotated out of the way for other devices.
