CONSTITUTION:A color video and an audio signal arriving via input terminals 1 and 2 are supplied to a signal analyzing circuit 3, which analyzes them into a luminance, a chrominance, a color burst, and a synchronizing signal to input signals, which correspond to the intensity of the audio signal, to an AD converter 4. The AD converter 4 outputs a PCM signal which corresponds to a signal to be recorded, and a writing-in circuit 5 extracts the signal according to the generation timing of the output signal of a control and instruction signal generating circuit 6 and writes it in a storage solid-state element 11. Then, the reproduced signal is restored to the original signal through and DA converter of a reproducing device.
