The spraying gun 8 is oscillator automatically in the horizontal direction within a range of + or -180 deg., and the oscillation angle is adjusted optionally. The elevation angle is adjusted optionally within a range of -10-+90 deg. to the horizontal. The water spray pressure is adjusted by a valve 10 in the root of the spraying gun 5 to adjust the reach position of water 11, and water is dashed on the position of snow 9 on the radio reflective plate 1 to melt snow.
