CONSTITUTION:A disaster prevention broadcasting device is provided with light emitting diodes 9 which display a general broadcast, an individual broadcast, an urgent broadcast, broadcast resetting, etc., and the display of those diodes 9 is read with the light pen 8 of a light pen reader 81. Data written in the light pen 8 is latched by a latch circuit 7 and under the command of a controller 16, the data of the light pen 8 is stored in an RAM11. The data in the RAM11 is read to the controller 16 with an operation mode changeover switch 13, and is transferred to a PROM11. On the basis of the data in the PROM14, a relay winding group 6 is controlled through a latch and relay driver 71 to deliver a broadcast, and broadcast programs are set and changed with the switch 13.
