Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the initial pressure control characteristic by installing a stopper between a piston poppet and a pilot poppet and preventing the inertial force of the piston poppet from being transmitted directly to the pilot poppet.
CONSTITUTION: In the backpressure chamber 11 between a piston poppet 7 and a pilot poppet 13, the stopper 24 which has the damper chamber 19 to control shift of the poppet 13 is installed, and direct transmission of the inertial force of the poppet 7 to the poppet 13 is prevented. Accordingly, the poppet 13 can be prevented from direct receiving of the inertial force of the poppet 7, and over-opening of the poppet 13 can be prevented, and lowering of the pressure in the port 1 immediately after valve opening which is generated because of a large displacement of a relief valve poppet 4 due to the excessive reduction of the pressure in the backpressure chamber 11 can be reduced.
