Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the rising characteristics in the preheating time of fuel oil and to prevent the fuel oil from vaporizing in the preheating time by a method wherein an atomization chamber is composed of a lower vessel of high thermal conductivity and an upper vessel of low thermal conductivity and a heating means is provided on the external periphery of the lower vessel. CONSTITUTION:The atomization chamber 4 is composed of a lower vessel 2 of high thermal conductive material, an upper vessel 6 of low thermal conductive material and a sack-belt type heater 1 provided so that the external peripheral surface of the lower vessel 2 is covered. A hole 5 that can expose a diaphragm is provided in the central part of the bottom plate of the lower vessel 2. An oil temperature sensor 10 is equipped in fuel oil and an oscillating element 13 is disigned so that it can drive when oil temperature takes a fixed value. Accordingly, heat of the heater 1 quickly heats the fuel oil 3 from the cylindrical part and the bottom plate part of the lower vessel 2 of high thermal conductivity, and since the surface of the fuel oil is in contact with the upper vessel 6, the contact part only becomes high in temperature and such a trouble as the vaporization of the fuel oil before the drive of the oscillating element 13 and a fan motor 18 can be removed.
