Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the effect of static friction and to enhance the control performance, by driving an actuator with the voltage obtained by adding the pulse voltage having a small width in the direction where the difference between the actual value voltage and the set value voltage is reduced to the said two voltages. CONSTITUTION:The actual value voltage V1 corresponding to an angle by which a motor 7 actually rotates is extracted by a variable resistor 8 interlocking the rotor of the motor 7 that moves an object to be controlled. The target value voltage V0 corresponding to the target position or angle is applied to an input terminal 1. A differential amplifier 2 amplifies and delivers the difference between V1 and V0. A comparator 9 compares V0 with V1 and delivers a signal to be set at a high level in the case of V0>V1. Furthermore, a pulse oscillator 10 delivers a pulse signal of a narrow duration. The input (output) voltage of a buffer circuit 3 is obtained by adding the pulse in the direction where the difference between V0 and V1 is reduced to the output of the amplifier 2.
