Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform whole rolling pass by the same roll, by changing pass schedule at the rolling of steel sheet of convex or concave crown by a reversing mill. CONSTITUTION:At the rolling of steel sheet 10 by a reversing four high mill having back up rolls 11 and 15, and work rolls 12 and 14, steel sheet having convex or concave cross section with >=100mum crown is rolled by performing >=2 times of cold rolling by said mill. In this four high mill stand, the reduction rate for each pass is set at the gradually decreasing side in a case of convex cross-sectional steel-sheet and at the gradually increasing side in case of concave one, and then, the steel sheet with convex or concave crown quantity in the width direction is manufactured by the same roll, by gradually decreasing or increasing the reduction rate by >=5% basing on the reduction rate of the final pass.
