Abstract
PURPOSE:To output a speed signal of a motor, by a method wherein an electric signal corresponding to a rotation speed of an AC motor is detected, and based on the detected signal, a given computation is performed. CONSTITUTION:If, through transmission of an arbitrary control voltage from a thyristor device 2, an AC motor 1 starts to run, a secondary frequency F2, corresponding to the rotation speed of the motor 1, is generated, and the frequency thereof is detected (4). The secondary is converted into a voltage signal V via a F/V converter 5 and is added to a computer 7. A value, into which a primary frequency F1 of the motor 1 at a slip S=1 is converted, or a voltage signal K is previously outputted from a voltage generator 6, and the signal K is also added to the computer 7. The computer 7 performs a computation based on said voltage signals V and K to output a voltage signal n as the comuting value. The signal n is an electric signal proportioning a real speed N of the motor 1.
