Abstract

PURPOSE:To make locating of an objective lens to an optimum position easy and accurate by providing a guide piece having a pair of guide grooves expanding in a V shape respectively forward on both sides of the objective lens in a manner as to permit the adjustment of the position thereof. CONSTITUTION:Supporting fittings 6 support a guide piece 13 and adjusting rods 7, 8, 9, and are secured to the top surface of the bottom plate of a containing box 1 in the position below a microscope 2. Two longitudinal pieces of a U shape of the fittings 6 are formed respectively as supporting pieces 6L, 6R in parallel with the centerline of the microscope 2. Three adjusting rods 7, 8, 9 are supported horizontally at an equal interval in the top end parts of both pieces 6L, 6R, and these rods 7, 8, 9 are so arranged as to be turned and adjusted respectively by the turning operations of knobs 10, 11, 12.
