Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the heat collecting efficiency of the titled device and to reduce heat load on an air conditioner provided within the room by a method wherein the window glass is inclined in such a manner that the angle of incidence of sunlight with respect to the surface of the window glass is so changed as to limit the amount of transmission of sunlight into the room in summer and the solar heat collecting device is provided below the window glass at a set angle of inclination. CONSTITUTION:The window glass 1 is attached to the outer wall 3 of a building 2 at a set angle phi of inclination with respect to the outer wall in summer so that the angle theta of incidence of sunlight with respect to the window glass becomes larger than a predetermined value to thereby limit the amount of sunlight coming into the room through the window glass. Further, the solar heat collecting device 4 is provided below the window glass at such an angle of inclination with respect to the wall 3 that the device 4 is able to adsorb the sunlight reflecting from the surface of the window glass. Consequently, sunlight is introduced into the room through the surface of the window glass in winter to thereby heat the room while sunlight is reflected from the surface of the window glass in summer to thereby reduce the heat load applied on the air conditioner in the room and to improve the heat collecting efficiency of the solar heat collecting device 4.
