Abstract

PURPOSE:To omit a driving power for exclusive use of a suction pump by utilizing variations of a mooring force as the driving power for use of the suction pump of a suction sinker type anchoring device on the sea bottom. CONSTITUTION:Multiple pipes 2 are arranged on a bottom section 3 of a sinker body 1, and the upper ends of the pipes 2 are connected to a suction pump 4 which is coupled with the sinker body 1 through flexible pipes 14. The tip of a piston rod 8b of the suction pump 4 is connected to a mooring line 6, and a mooring force F is applied to the piston rod 8b. Passing ports 13 and check valves 9b of sea water are provided on a piston 8a, and intake ports 11 and check valves 9a of sea water are provided on junctions of the flexible pipes 14 and the pump 4.
