Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a continuous dry printer to produce a higher impression pressure by modifying its hot plate so that it can be rotated horizontally and by providing a height adjusting device for adjusting the height of the hot plate at its both ends in its operating unit. CONSTITUTION:A hot plate 42 for performing hot stamping at designated positions of a web 1 can be equipped with a stamp plate 4 at such a position corresponding to a pressure receiver 50, and the hot plate 42 is properly arranged so that its position can be easily adjusted even if it is operated by modifying it to be rotatable horizontally. It is arranged so that the hot plate 42 can be horizontally adjusted in relation to the pressure receiver 50 and its height can also be adjusted when the thickness and size of a stamp plate to be installed to the back of the hot plate 42 differ from those of a previous one.
