Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a lens capable of realizing focusing operation and soft effect operation, by rotating and moving a single operation member straight. CONSTITUTION:Through the rotation of an operation ring 8, a lens barrel 7 and a straight moving cylinder 4 move on an optical axis, and focusing operation is performed by the 1st and 2nd lens groups according to the extent of their movement. As the operation ring 8 is moves forth and back along the optical path, the lens barrel 7 moves in the direction of the optical axis by engagement between lead grooves 3a and 4a. The 2nd lens group moves by as much as the ring 8, and the 1st lens group moves in the direction of the optical axis by a different in the extent of leading between straight straight moving cylinders 3 and 4. Thus, the 1st and 2nd lens groups in the focusing state move to obtain aberration which corresponds to the extent of the movement, thus providing the out-of- focus effect of an image.
