Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate momentary reading of measuring information, by a method wherein a supply current to each display segment is caused to change corresponding to a change in measurements, and a display color differs with said chane. CONSTITUTION:Minute luminous diode tips 26 and 28, being different from each other in a luminous color and a luminous current property, are alternately positioned in a matrix at a common electrode 24 at a cathode side, and the tips 26 and 28 are combined in a desired color. The tips 26 and 28 are connected to an electrode 30 at an anode side by a wire bonding, a supply current to the tips 26 and 28 is caused to change through control of a change-over switch, and this varies a display color.
