Abstract
PURPOSE:To promote atomization of the fuel by a method wherein a mesh member is interposed in a fuel injection passage in an atomizer section, being arranged before a fuel injection valve provided at the downstream side of a shoke valve in a suction air passage for the engine and atomizing the fuel, and a means to heat the same section is provided in the device. CONSTITUTION:The fuel injection valve 6 is provided at the downstream side of the choke valve 5 in the suction air passage 4 for the internal-combustion engine and the atomizer section 21 for atomizing the fuel is annexed before a nozzle section 6A of the valve 6. An annular groove 21C, communicating with an air introducing passage 12, is formed at the outer peripheral surface of the atomizer section 21, and the air is introduced into an injection passage 21A through two sets of air injection ports 21B formed radially from the annular groove 21C. Here, the mesh member 22 is interposed in the injection passage 21A and the proper heating means for heating the atomizer section 21 is annexed. According to this method, the fuel injected from the nozzle section 6A is chopped by the mesh member 22 and heated by the heating means thereby promoting the atomization of the fuel.
