Abstract
PURPOSE:To carry out automatic initial water filling and smooth switching to water level control of a deaerator by feeding water to the deaerator by means of combined operation of a water level regulating valve for the deaerator and a rear valve at the time of starting a control system for deaerator water level. CONSTITUTION:A three-way solenoid valve 23 is provided on a pneumatic line for the water level regulating valve for deaerator 4 to receive signals from a switch 21 provided at preset water level of the deaerator 9 and from a water level controller 24 for a piping system where the water level regulating valve for deaerator 4 and the rear valve 5 are provided in a condensate pipe 7 to deliver condensate from a condenser to the deaerator 9. While in operation, when water level of the deaerator 9 is at standard level +alphamm. or less, a command to feed water to deaerator 34 is output to open the rear valve 5. At this time, a command 32 to slightly open the regulating valve 4 is output through a control circuit 22 so as to start water feed. Upon the water level of the deaerator 9 reaching preset level, the switch 21 is actuated to demagnetize 31b the three-way solenoid valve 23(31) and to output a continuous control command 33 by the water level controller 24.
