Abstract
PURPOSE:To detect assuredly the movement of a travelling object having a minute motion, by counting the binary picture signals corresponding to the pic- tures for several frames and deciding and eliminating a noise signal emerging the frequency of the picture signal exceeds a certain level for N frames. CONSTITUTION:In the detecting period of a noise pattern, a gate 1 is opened to supply the synchronizing signal to a gate 2 and the binary picture signal is applied to an adder 3 from the gate 2. The adder 3 and a shift register 4 add the accumulated number of ''1'' for each number of the binary signal and in an amount equivalent to several frames. A counter 7 counts the frame synchronizing signals passed through a gate 9. Then the gates 1 and 9 are closed with the output of a comparator 10 when the count value of the frame synchronizing signals is coincident with the value of a buffer 8, and then a gate 11 is closed. The accumulated number of ''1'' of the number of each signal stored in the register 4 is fed successively to a comparator 13 by the synchronizing signal passing through the gate 11. When the count value of the counter is larger than the value of a buffer 12, the binary picture signals are sent to a logical unit 16 to be processes as the noise.
