Further, Triacs T1 and T2 as switching elements are connected between the terminal, close to the power source 1, of the primary coil 16 of the current transformer CT and individual contacts 7 and 8, and those Triacs T1 and T2 turn on when the output of the capacitor C has a prescribed value or more.
