Abstract
PURPOSE:To protect a process from confusion, by avoiding an excessive output signal from an output station to the process from being given, when an abnormal excessive output of a process differential compensating amount takes place because of a failure in a computer system. CONSTITUTION:A circuit 21 shown in broken lines is newly provided to a conventional output station 6. This circuit 21 cuts off a pulse train in a time when the total time of the new pulse train is longer than the time set to a timer 25, thereby interrupting the input of a signal to an output value reception section 3. If the next pulse does not entirely come within a prescribed time after the final pulse of a series of pulse train is inputted to a timer 27, the circuit 21 is initialized. Thus, an output signal of a computer system 1 is transmitted to the reception section 3 via a gate circuit 29 only within the time when the timer 25 is in operation.
