Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize conveying operations and prevent noise by reciprocating two troughs horizontally disposed on a base in their reciprocal direction to cancel reaction force produced by operations of the troughs. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 7 and a reduction gear 9 in a driving station D are continuously operated in a fixed direction, in the condition that a low-speed mechanism L is made, a driving shaft 13 is rotated through pulleys 18, 20 and a one-way clutch 19, and interlockers 4, 4 are operated at low speed at the same time through transmission mechanisms M1, M2. When a disc 22 is turned together with the driving shaft 13 from a point (a) by the low speed operation, a first detector 24 is turned ON by a dog 23 just before a point (b), so that an electromagnetic clutch 14 is operated, and a high-speed driving mechanism H is made. Thus, the driving shaft 13 and the disc 22 are changed to high-speed operation at the point (b), so that both interlockers 4, 4 are operated at high speed through a pulley 11 and a clutch 14. A second detector 25 is operated by the dog 23 at the point (a) so that the clutch 14 is switched to OFF. Thus, troughs T1, T2 are reciprocated in their reciprocal direction, with low-speed advance and high-speed retreat.
