Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely prevent misoperation or the like, by such cnstitution that feedback control of air-fuel ratio is stopped with the lapse of a prescribed time after detecting idling operation when the feedback control is stopped in an idling state. CONSTITUTION:Outputs of a detector switch, detecting the full opening of a throttle valve 4, intake air flow meter 5, measuring intake air quantity to an engine, and a water temperature detector 8, detecting engine temperature, are input to an electronic fuel injection controller 12, and its output controls an injection valve 9. Further outputs of an oxygen concentration detector 6, detecting concentration of oxygen in an exhaust pipe 3, temperature detector 7, and the water temperature detector 8 are input to a feedback control circuit 13, and its output corrects a fuel injection amount. At idling operation when feedback control is not required, the feedback control is stopped after elapsed a prescribed time from detecting the idling operation.
