Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure compressive strength accurately, by arranging the upper part of the seat and the lower part of the seat so that they face to each other, forming a slant hole in at least one of said facing surfaces, and movably coupling a cylinder shaped part into said slant hole. CONSTITUTION:The centering seat is constituted by the upper seat part 1, the lower seat part 2, and the cylinder shaped part 3. The upper seat part 1 and the lower seat part 2 are arranged so that they face to each other, the slant holes 4 are formed on the respective facing surfaces, and the cylinder shaped part 3 is movably coupled into said slant holes 4. In this constitution, the upper surface of the upper seat part 1 can be rotated with respect to the lower seat part 2, with the cylinder shaped part 3 as a rotary center. Therefore, by adjusting the upper surface of a sample body 5 and the lower surface of a reaction plate 9 so that they are just in parallel, the compressive strength can be accurately measured.
