Abstract

PURPOSE:To accurately measure pressure of fluid in process by preventing surrounding section of a range spring from being deformed, by forming the range spring in such a manner as to making the center section thinner than the surrounding section, and then, by providing an annular groove around this thin center section. CONSTITUTION:A range spring 11 is prepared by processing a disk-like sheet metal by machining with a lathe, grinding and electrolytic polishing, etc. And, the center section 11a of the ragne spring 11 is made thinner than the surrounding section 11b, and further, a groove 11c surrounding the thin section on the center is formed on the border between the center section 11a and the surrounding section 11b, and on the center of the thin center section 11a, a center core hole 11d is provided for mounting a connecting rod 5. It is possible, by doing so, to almost prevent the center section 11a from being curved and deformed when pressure is applied onto the center section 11a through the connecting rod 5. And therefore, since an error resulting from a measurement does not enter a pressure conveyor of this invention, it is possible to improve measuring accuracy.
