Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure the effective force efficient of a speaker automatically, by empolying the constitution of an exciter which vibrates a vibration system, a displacement detector which detects the displacement of the vibration system and an integrator connected to the output side of the vibration system. CONSTITUTION:An exciter 12 is vibrated to drive the voice coil 15 of a dynamic speaker 14 and an acceleration detector 13. The output 16 of the coil 15 is applied to an integrator 17 via an HPF23. The output 18 of the detector 13 is applied to a double integrator 19 via an LPF24. The outputs 20 and 21 of those integrators 17 and 19 are applied to a display device 22. In this constitution, the output 20 of the integrator 17 becomes the proprtional quantity to an effective force coefficient, and output 21 of the integrator 19 shows the displacement of the coil 15. Therefore, the outputs 21 and 20 are applied to the lateral axis and longitudinal axis of the device to display the effective force coefficient as a function of the position (x) of the coil 15.
