Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of tensile force in the tangent line direction at end plates by a method wherein each end plate is fixed to a sheet steel group at only the position on the line connecting a shaft core to any point. CONSTITUTION:A ring steel plate laminated rim 1 mounted on the external circumference of a rotary shaft is composed of sheet steel groups 2, end plates 3 split and juxaposed on both end surfaces in the shaft direction of the sheet steel groups in the circumference direction and also having heavier thickness than the sheet steels, and studs 4 fastening the sheet steel groups and end plates 3 in the shaft direction. And in one end plate 3 configuration, only the stud 4 groups nearly located at the row on the line connected to the shaft core are closely engaged with and fixed to the sheet steel groups and end plates by clamping holes 3a. The clamping holes 3b of the other stud groups are loosely fixed by loose holes having a predetermined gap. In this way, in an end plate 3, the position displacement of the studs 4 in the circumference direction is not restricted by the end plate and the tensile force in the tangent direction influenced on the sheet steel 2 groups will not affect on the end plate by the studs.
