Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic tube cathode having a simple structure without requirement of stopper fitting and with high vibration-resistance by providing a bent part of a center lead of the electronic tube cathode structure just under the position of a spacer at the time of the use thereof. CONSTITUTION:A helical filament 1 emitting hot electrons is put between upper and lower end shields 2, 3. And, the upper and lower end shields 2, 3 are fixed on the end parts of a center lead 4 and supported by the end of a side lead 5, respectively. A center lead bent part 4b is provided just under the piercing part of the center hold of a spacer 10 of a center lead 4 to prevent a movement of the spacer in the axial direction. And the filament 1 is brazed to the upper and lower end shields 2, 3 using a wax material having a melting point less than burning temperature of the spacer 10.
