Abstract
PURPOSE:To efficiently recover energy generated through sway of a hull by means of a simple structure by providing the hull with a pendulum which sways synchronously with the hull and driving an energy recovering device utilizing a relative sway of the pendulum and the hull at the time of sway of the hull. CONSTITUTION:When a hull 1 rolls, oil pumps 4, 5 provided in said hull 1 are rotated around an axis of rolling and further driven by means of gravity of a pendulum 3. The oil pumps 4, 5 compress low pressure oil 12 sucked in from an oil tank 6 through a low pressure oil pipe 14 and discharge high pressure oil 13 into oil pressure tank 7 through a high pressure oil pipe 15. When the pressure in oil pressure tank 7 exceeds the predetermined value, pressure regulation valve 17 is opened and high pressure oil 13 flows and drives a oil pressure motor 8 which is connected to a generator 9 through a multiplying gear 10. Thus, energy generated by rolling of the hull is finally converted into electrical energy by means of the generator 9 and recovered.
