Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the characteritstic of a pressure reducing valve from deteriorating due to the resistance to the sliding of a rod for interlocking a shutoff valve to the pressure reducing valve, by providing the interlocking rod separately from the pressure reducing valve proper. CONSTITUTION:In a first line, a prescribed characteristic of pressure reduction is attained by an inlet port 31, an outlet port 41 and a pressure reducing valve V1. The pressure of a second line is controlled in the same manner as that of the first line, by an inlet port 32, an oulet port 42, a shutoff valve V2 and a balance piston 27 for balancing the output pressure of the second line to that of the first line. The pressure reducing valve V1 and the shutoff valve V2 are interlocked with each other by an interlocking rod 29. When the valve action element 12 of the pressure reducing valve V1 is moved rightward, the rod 29 is moved by the pushing force of a spring 32 to close the shutoff valve V2. Since the interlocking rod 29 is provided separately from the valve action element 12, the resistance of seals 391, 392 to sliding does not deteriorate the characteritstic of the pressure reducing valve V1.
