PURPOSE:To furnish a brake oil pressure controller with the function of bypass on the basis of simple formation by pressing a pressure governing spring by means of a spacer between a pressure receiving piston and a valve moving piston. CONSTITUTION:Pressure receiving pistons 61, 62 are internally provided with valve moving pistons 81, 82 which press a pressure governing spring 10 by means of spacers 91, 92. At normal time, valves 181, 182 are operated, for decompressive action, through pressing the pressure governing spring by means of the pressure receiving piston 6. In case one system goes worng, a valve moving piston 8 of the other system presses the pressure governing spring through the spacer 9, and an engagement part 23 pulls and opens the valve 18. Since valves of the normal system are opened, the function of a bypass may be realized.
