If a liquid fluorescent coating material of organic rhodamine B is enclosed, the light energy at a wavelength of 200W600nm is converted into light energy at a wavelength of 600W700nm and radiated. Thus, the distribution density of light energy can be changed by selecting the type, amount, etc. of the fluorescent coating material.
