Thereby, oil with a pressure of P1 directed from a prossure accommodating valve 2 toward the throttle valve 1 is discharged to the outlet port O, so that the increased pressure at the outlet port P2 is decreased. Even if the orifice 6 is opened too much, a reduced area in the orifice 9 is directly applied. Prevention of the variation in the pressure at the outlet port P2 caused by the spool 1a may function in both cases of increased pressure and decreased pressure.
