Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the inductance value of an inductance element by burying a conductive pattern in the channels of a channeled pattern formed on the outer surface of a magnetic unit, thereby preventing the variation in the area of the pattern, displacement of the position, exfoliation, damage or fracture of a boundary surface. CONSTITUTION:A spiral conductive pattern 6 is formed on one surface of a sintered mgnetic unit 5 formed planarly, the outer edge of the pattern 6 is conductivity connected to a pickup electrode 7, and the inner end of the pattern 6 is conductivity connected through a penetrating conductor 8 and a lead electrode 9 to a pickup electrode 10. A spiral groove is formed to meet the pattern on the portion on which the pattern 6 of the sintered unit 5 is formed, and the pattern 6 is buried in the groove.
