Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a regulator for the temperature of molds by using a system in which a circulating pump is connected to a medium discharge circuit, and the pressure circulation and suction circulation of medium are switched controllably by means of only one temperature regulator through a switch valve for regulating the pressure of gas, provided to a medium tank. CONSTITUTION:For example, a switch valve 10 is closed, a circulating pump 15 is operated, a compressed medium is heat-exchanged in a medium tank 2 and supplied to molds 1 while keeping its pressure, and then the medium is circulated through pathways (a) and (b) to the pump 5. Also, when the switch valve 10 is opened and operated, compressed medium is released under atmospheric pressure in the tank 2 and then sucked up from a discharge circuit 4, pathways (a) and (b), a supply circuit 3, and the bottom of the tank 2 to form a suction circulation type of a circuit S. Also, when exchanging molds, an opening and closing valve 13 is closed, the pump 5 is operated by opening the switch valve 10 and the air supply valve 14, and residual medium in the pathways (a) and (b) is flowed into the tank 2.
