CONSTITUTION:An LED15 and its light emission part 16 are provided and a fiber bundle 17 whose tip is tapered thinly is arranged opposite to them. An optical signal emitted from the light emission part 16 of the LED15 is caused to illuminate the fiber bundle 17 directly, and is branched to respective fibers. Therefore, the light from the light emission part 16 is made incident to each fiber effectively.
