Abstract
PURPOSE:To always obtain uniform winding distribution irrespective of the scatter of the finishing outer dimensions of a core by providing a mark at the position which corresponds to the central position of the core and aligning the core based on this mark. CONSTITUTION:A mark, for example, a slit 1A is provided at the position which correspons to the central position of a ferrite core piece 1, that is, the position which corresponds to th center of an arc depicted by the outer diameter of the core piece 1. The core holder 4 which fixes the core 1 is mounted on the holder fixing stand 7 which can be moved to the radial direction of a turntable 3. Then when the core is correctly aligned on the rotary center of the turntable 3, a light beam is projected from a projector 8 to a passage which can pass through the slit 1A. This projected light is received by a photodiode 9. Thus uniform winding distribution can be always obtained irrespective of the scatter of the core outer dimensions.
