CONSTITUTION:A plurality of DC motors DCM1, DCM2,... are controlled by control circuits 171, 172,.... The control circuit 171 starts the motor DCM1, and then controls the phase with the pulse from a pulse generator 13 as a reference pulse, thereby rotating the motor DCM1 completely synchronously with the drive pulse of a pulse motor PM. Other control circuits 171, 173 similarly controls the phases of the DC motors DCM2, DCM3,... with the pulse from the pulse generator 13 as reference pulse when the DC motor DCM2, DCM3 reach the prescribed speed.
