Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A cam arm 180 drives a tension arm 210 when it passes through rotation angle positions 180A, 180B and 180C. In response to movement of the cam arm 180, the tension arm 210 presses a magnetic tape C in the direction as indicated with an arrow al shown in the figure once when loading has been completed, and is returned to the stop position. As a result, in the course of loading, a tape is made to have a sag a little. Accordingly, it does not occur that a loaded tape sticks on the cylinder or the tape is extended by sudden force when running of the tape is started.
