Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily execute Plateau characteristics of an LPRM detector by means of a simple switch operation, by constituting a DC voltage power supply for the LPRM detector in a neutron flux measuring device provided with the ionization chamber type LPRM detector, so that plural voltages can be applied selectively. CONSTITUTION:A DC voltage power supply 15 is provided with a Plateau characteristic measuring voltage setting circuit 23 in parallel with a conventional voltage setting circuit 10, and they are switched by a switching device 24. When measuring a Plateau characteristic, the switching device 24 is switched to the circuit 23, the power source 15 and an amplifier 16 are connected with a Plateau characteristic controlling circuit 17 by an applied voltage setting switching circuit 20, an applied voltage measuring switching circuit 21 and an output measuring switching circuit 22. Subsequently, the applied voltage is switched and set to V1-Vn volts by operating the switch, and an output current of an LPRM detector 1, displayed on an indicator 18 in this case is read.
