Abstract
PURPOSE: To efficiently suck and collect waste oil balls with a simplified structure, in a waste oil ball collector, by arranging a plurality of jet nozzle pipes along the direction of easy flow around a suction opening.
CONSTITUTION: An air ejector 12 is provided with a part for mixing and compressing a drive air current from a nozzle 14 with a sucked air current. A diffuser part 16 and a waste oil ball-receiving box 17 are connected to the mixing compressing part, to discharge air through a wire net 18 at the top and to reserve waste oil balls and the like. An air chamber 4 is located around a suction pipe 11, and a plurality of jet nozzle pipes 6 are arranged downward-inclinedly along the direction of easy flow in a manner such that the pipes 6 cooperatively form an air whirlrpool below a suction opening 10. The resultant air whirlpool is revolved and sucked up toward the suction opening 10 of the suction pipe 11, and let grow as a tornadic air current. Consequently, waste oil balls over the wide range of the water surface W are caught up, blown up and sucked thereinto.
