This program is tested, a parameter of PID, etc. is updated and adjusted by a keyboard 17, and afte that, contents of the RAM 27 are written in a PROM13 by an ROM writer, and the PG20 is detached from the GT10. When an electric power source is turned on in a state that a backup battery of an RAM15 for storing a control parameter, etc. by the CT10 is not charged, volatilization of the RAM12 is detected, and a parameter which has been written in the ROM13 is set and restarted automatically.
