Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid an unstable area of an M-G equipment, and to execute an automatic operation extending over a wide range, by providing a bumpless manual/ automatic changeover device, and a fault detecting means of an unbalanced operation device, on a recirculating flow rate control device of an atomic reactor. CONSTITUTION:A speed request signal from a main controller 7 is sent to bumpless manual/automatic changeover devices 60A, 60B through an unbalanced operation device 9'. On the device 9' is provided a fault detecting function, and in the event of a fault of the device 9', a fault signal X is sent to the changeover devices 60A, 60B and the changeover devices are switched to manual control to automatic control.
