Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain good extraction effect by a method wherein plural nets are reciprocally moved to upward and downward directions by a cam mechanism or the like to effectively carry out extracting reaction under stirring and the extracting reaction is carried out over the total time of a long separation time due to specific gravity.
CONSTITUTION: A perforated fixed plate 2 having plural pores 9 is provided to the inside of a high cylinder 1 and a porous net 3 is fixed to the center part thereof to provide a center shaft 4. In this structure, when the center shaft 4 is frequently moved reciprocally to upward and downward directions, the net 3 is reciprocally moved to upward and downward directions to carry out stirring. As the result, when thep perforated plate 2 is absent, the rise of a liquid with low specific gravity and the fall of a liquid with high specific gravity are carried out over a total cross area of the cylinder 1 but, when the perforated plate is present, because the rise and the fall of the liquid are limited to the area of pores 9 which are much smaller than the cross area of the cylinder, a rising amount and a falling amount are limited and a coexistent stay time of both liquids, that is, a reaction time can be prolonged.
