PURPOSE:To necessitate just one picture memory to be used for plural units of monitor televisions and to permit the efficient use of the image memory by displaying the information on respective regions in overlap with a part of the display of the respective monitor televisions. The binary image data stored in the region M1 in an picture memory 3 is mixed with the video data from the camera 1a in the 1st mixing circuit 4a, and the binary video of the region M1 of the memory 3 is displayed in overlap with the region 1/3 the upper part of the video picked up by the camera 1a as shown in the diagonal lines is the figure on monitor television 2a.
