Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform a highly accurate measurement of pressure, by a method wherein the quantity of change in pressure is converted into a mechanical deviation quantity by using a hermetic bag-shaped member housed in a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A pressure-receiving port 1a is provided at one end of a cylindrical main body case 1, and a hollow part 1c inside thereof. A guide case 2, which has a guide hole 2a penetrating through the center thereof, disk-shaped projections 2b and 2c projecting from both surfaces and a stepped part 2d, is secured to the main body case 1 by means of screws 3. A deviating member 4 is born so as to be able to move axially along the guide hole 2a. A bag-shaped member 5 made of rubber is securely held by the main body case 1 and the guide case 2. Between the guide case 2 and the deviating member 4, a coiled spring 7 is placed. Thereby, according to the pressure sent from the pressure-receiving port, the deviating member 4 deviates against the coiled spring, actuating an indicator or the like, not shown, to indicate the pressure.
