Abstract

PURPOSE: The titled fibers, containing a specific copolymerization component, having improved hot bonding properties without causig process trouble in obtaining a fibrous aggregate, e.g. a non-woven fabric.
CONSTITUTION: Fibers, containing (A) 50mol% or more terephthalic acid and 5W45mol% isophthalic acid based on the total acid component and (B) 70mol% or more ethylene glycol, 1,4-butanediol and 1,6-hexanediol in the total amount of 70mol% or more and (C) 10mol% or less aliphatic and/or alicyclic copolymerization components other than the component (B), and having a melting point of 80W200°C and heat of crystal melting ≥2.0cal/g, a minimal crystallization time within 90sec and a film toughness ≥10.
